Hi Andreas,
we are currently investigating in this problem. It occurs in certain situations with certain versions of Visual Studio. The error message occurs at a point where all of the NDO post processing is successfully done. After the post processing NDO tries to add some files to the project - like the mapping file NDOMapping.xml and the sql script files. The failure occurs during the procedure of adding this files. As a workaround you can proceed with your work and ignore the error message, since NDO doesn't depend on the files being part of the project.

the error shouldn't appear anymore with NDO 1.2 SP 2. If you have a Trial Edition, just register again and get the new build.
